Lifs klage til EU-Kommissionen
The Danish Assocoation of the Pharmaceutical Industry (Lif) is contacting the European Commission because Lif wishes for the Commissions´s opinion on whether the Danish reimbursement rules and the administrative practice observed by the Danish authorities are in conformity with the Transparency Directive cf. Directive 89/105.
